View Acres Gardens
View Acres has two gardens we’re very proud of—a large vegetable garden and a rain garden. We provide funding for a certified teacher who works with classes to teach physical and life science, along with planting vegetables.
Fall Work Party

9:00am - 1:00pm
Please join us as we put the View Acres vegetable and rain gardens to sleep for the winter. We’ll be pulling plants and weeding a bit. Come for the entire time or just half an hour. There is plenty to do for adults and kids. Make it a family event! (Students must be accompanied by an adult.)
Spring Work Party

Join us for the Spring garden work party. We’ll be preparing the garden for planting, weeding and cutting back some bushes. We’ll need to spread some new pea gravel on the walking paths, so if you have a wheel barrow, please bring it along! (Students must be accompanied by an adult.)
