About Our PTO

As a parent or guardian with a child attending View Acres Elementary, you are automatically a member of the organization. You provide vital support to our school by volunteering and raising funds to help support programs and supplies throughout the year, such as:

  • Field Trips - to support learning in the classroom.

  • Academic Support Programs - to assist students who are struggling in reading or math.

  • School Garden Supplies - to teach hands-on earth, life and physical sciences.

  • Supplemental Classroom Supplies

PTO Goals

  • Promote the mission of the school

  • Promote communication and involvement of parents and the community

  • Raise funds and sponsor special programs and events

  • Respond to district issues and serve as a community forum
